Cheri's Story
Life
I grew up in Atlanta,Georgia and attended Dekalb County Schools. As a freshman, my family moved to Cincinnati and I attended high school at Sycamore. I went to the University of Georgia and majored in journalism, as well as the University of Cincinnati, where I received a degree in education. I began my career in 1979 and have taught various grade levels since that time. I am National Board Certified, and a Praxis III evaluator for the state of Ohio. I am married ...Expand for more
to a CPA, and we just celebrated our 26th year together. I have three children. My oldest is 24, a college grad. and married, my second is 20 and a junior at Miami U. and my youngest is 17 and a senior at Sycamore. I enjoy travel. Last November, I was chosen as an "exchange teacher" to visit and teach in Paris for a week. My husband accompanied me on that trip, and it was the experience of a lifetime. I have two dogs and two cats, and I spend all of my free time busy.
