My friend Jeri (Whiteley) Bigler lived here in Springfield MO. We wrote and kept in touch and she told me how nice it was here. My family was in need of a change, so my ex came here by bus first, got a job, and a house. Then, my adventuresome self and our two girls, who were only three yrs. old and 18 mos. old boarded the Greyhouse busline and arrived here two days later. Amanda and Jenny are now 22 yrs. old and 21 yrs old respectively. Amanda and her boyfriend had a baby boy, Levi on March 06, 2007, and a week later Jenny's son was born on March 14th, 2007! God truly blessed me. I already became Mema, (grandma) to my grand daughter, Hayley Dawn, who is now 6 yrs. old. (Jenny was only 14 when she was born). God doesn't make mistakes when it comes to children being born. Amanda lives here in town and Jenny and her husband Hugo all moved to Houston TX, right before my third grandchild was born on April 9th this year! I have still yet to meet his precious face! I have worked at Inland Printing Co. for the last year and a half. I am the front desk secretary and I bill Canon copiers, toners, and service tickets.
