Cheryl's Story
I was so looking forward to seeing many of you at the 50th reunion, but unfortunately couldn't attend. Brother Terry tells me he had a great time.
63-67 seems like a century ago (at least half of one), yet so many moments and faces will stay with me forever.
Since 1967 I've worked at 3 radio stations, including CFRB, one in Richmond Hill and another in Salmon Arm, BC. After BC we returned to Toronto where we started our family in the Mt. Pleasant/Eglinton area. I have lived in Bancroft for almost 25 years now and am the Managing Director for the Bancroft Family Heal...Expand for more
th Team. I now am in Bancroft only during the week and stay with my sister, Gayle. On the weekends I go home to Peterborough, where I bought a house two years ago. I love it!
We have two sons, Daniel and Zach and two grandsons, Lucas and Alec (both Dan's children). I am truly fortunate to have an amazing daughter-in-law.
Weekends are spent either doing stuff around the house, or finding new antique shops to explore (collectibles have been a passion for years, especially Depression Glass).
Turning 60 this year opened my eyes - still have lots to do before it's over.
