Life I am now a retired school teacher living in Mansfield, Ohio. I have two adult children and three grandsons. I spend my time sewing quilt tops, playing canasta on the computer, and general computer surfing. I also enjoy cooking and gardening, although gardening has become almost impossible with the old arthritic knee situation. I enjoy coffee clatches with old friends, dvds at home, and visiting the grandkids...they are growing so fast. I live alone with two precious felines in an apartment building with lots of neighbors. I recently had my rt. knee replaced in May and two weeks later fell on the same leg and broke my rt. femur....OUCH!! It is September now an I am still on a walker, getting around very gingerly. I found the healthcare workers quite compassionate, but not the insurance companies! I only attended Ashland High School my senior year so I didn`t make much of a splash. I was a transfer from Boardman High School... I really resented the move that my parents made at such a crucial time in my life...but i got over it.
