Cheryl's Story
Life
Married Stan Allen in August 1969, As he was in the Army, we spent time in New Jersey, 5 years in Germany and a short stint in Colorado. Son, Justin born in June 84 and daughter, Amanda born in Dec. 1985. Live on a 20 acres in Hope, Idaho. I have worked as the Hope Elem. School's Library Tech for 12 years and love it. Have been very active in the PTO, Girl Scouts and my children's activities. Enjoy crocheting, gardening and enjoying life itself.
Both Children grown now, Justin has been in the Air Force since graduation 2 years ago. Is currently stationed in Great Falls, Montana. Amanda is leaving for college in just 3 short wee...Expand for more
ks. She is going to BSU and is going into Elementary Education. I will keep busy with my kids at school and the usual Spring Creek Potlucks, Family reunions, etc., etc.
Workplace
I worked as an NCO Club Branch Manager's Secretary while in Germany. We had 5 clubs in our branch.
I worked at the Library in Sandpoint for about 5 years before my children were born. I was a library clerk and secretary to the Library Administrator.
I worked at Bud's Burger Barn for a short while and also sold Tupperware for about a year. They were all such valuable learning experiences and I thoroughly enjoyed them all and the wonderful people I dealt with.
