These monies will not produce a money profit, but it will be worth more than all the dollars in the world. You will help not only the service member, but the whole family. By keeping a roof over their heads, they will be able to go back to school and obtain a good job that will enable them to care for their families like we do. For some reason or another these veterans fell on hard times and need help to get better. They are a proud group who finds it very hard to ask for help, but after coming back home need just a little help to get back on their feet. Many of them could be your sons and daughters who gave their all and now have nothing to show for it. Many of these veterans sent monies home only to find out it wasn’t there when they returned or are still waiting for paperwork to be completed in order to receive their benefits. We know that with your help they can become strong and once again be valuable members the Community. Won’t you please consider becoming part of the 1%? We do believe that this can help so many people now that they are coming home because there is a drawdown of the military not to mention that there are close to 10,000 homeless veterans in Newark alone.
