Cheryl's Story
Lived in Hemet, Ca. for 25 yrs., worked as a school bus driver for Hemet Unified for 20 of those years. Retired along with my husband Dan Schad, to whom I have been married to for almost 44 yrs. We moved out of California in Feb. 2010 and headed to Tennessee where we now live near our middle child, Stacy and her family. She has the youngest of our grandchildren and we decided it would be fun to totally uproot ourselves and live somewhere else for awhile! their families. We love travelling in our motorhome and plan to cruise around back here exploring as much as we can before we leave this part of the country. We miss the desert, as we are Jeepers and loved the "freedom" out there. Back here, it is more mud bogging than trails! Guess you can't have it all! I hate heat, and we get heat, and humidity both here. Dry heat is defintiely better, but not much. Go North it's too cold and nasty in the Winter, South is more hot and humid, mixed in with hurricanes and tornadoes. Is there a Paradise really?
