Chris's Story
I am still recvering from a motorcycle accident because I suffered a stroke while riding and it should of killed me.My wreck was over a year ago. I broke my right collar bone,spinal injury,and suffered traumatic brain injury. The state of texas sent me to what Ilike to call a funny farm.It was a place for people with brain injuries.Boy was that a show.Anyway I bailed cause I couldnt hadle the other people. So now I live alone in livingston texas in the upscale part of the housing authority.With the ederly and disabled,or throw aways and shut in`s.I am now disabled but sill alive. I miss my bike and the life I had.Now I just sit in my hous...Expand for more
e day after day watching life pass me bye.It sucks to wake up and find out that everything and everyone that was a part of ou are all gone. I was in a coma for two monthsbut that was cool I needed the sleep.Now my life is pretty much over. I never leave y houseor go anywhere except to the storeand to pay my rent.I have a car but dont drive so its in storage and with gas prices like they are maybe its better this way. My bike as great it got 50 to 55 mpg. Man I wish I had it now.I would hop on a bike again in a hot second before I would drie a car.Cars make me nervous and I dont feel comfortable behind the wheel.I would rather ride a bike.
