Chris's Story
Life
I am a US Navy Chief. I was married for 13 years, and have two wonderful children from that marriage. I got divorced in 2001, and in 2005 I married a wonderful woman in Turkey. I currently live in Italy.
Military
I went to Boot Camp in June of 1989. My first duty station was in Concord, California. In 1991, I attended Electronics Technician "A" School in Great Lakes, Illinois. Upon Graduation I went to "C" School in Mare Island, California....Expand for more
I reported to the USS Mississippi(CGN-40) in Nov 92. In 1996, the ship was decommissioned and I did a tour of Instructor Duty at Dam Neck, Va. After that I went to Pascagoula, Ms and commissioned the USS Iwo Jima(LHD-7). In 2003, I went to Turkey. I worked for NATO for two years. Then I spent three years recruiting in Colorado. I also spent two years in Mississippi, as a member of Special Boat Team 22. I am currently stationed in Naples, Italy.
