Life
After an amazing decade of kicks and licks it came to a quiet end on a side street in some non-descript little mid-western town where the ghost of Hank Williams and I were running 75 in a 35 at three am one fine Sunday morning. I'd been proving to myself that functioning in altered states was much more respectable than getting inebriated, I was so overcome with success in the endeavor that I had to hurry across town to where I knew the beautiful people had holed up after the crushing defeat at the hands of the capitalist pigs who sold them their poisons regularly. the town had a new waterpark to fund after all.
During a long ride to a short jail visit I realized that you can play any game you want to in this life but you have to let everyone else play their game as well. This is America and cops, robbers, blue collar joes and computer dicks all have their own role in the big quilt y American fantasy; and have subsequently mellowed into a mid-30s funky haze in suburban Chicago, five years sober and spiritual again.
Getting back to the natural order of things in a financially responsible manner, will be establishing the southern base as staff are trained and hope to start on the compound by 2015 if I can convince the wife to shuck all the corporate jive for a commune that is, check back for updates.
