Life
I'm currently on deployment in Kuwait in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
College
I enrolled at Long Beach Community College. I didn't even finish my 1st semester before I was mobilized!
Military
I enlisted in the Army Reserves in 2001 as a supply specialist. I went to Basic Training four days after I graduated high school. First time spent on the East Coast, in Fort Jackson, SC. Graduated Basic August 29, 2002. Moved onto AIT (Military Occupation school) at Fort...Expand for more
Lee, VA. Graduated AIT November 25. Got back home and spent some time off. Annual training in South Korea for 2 weeks. Stationed in Camp Henry, in the city of Taegu. Received "the call" (This is NOT a drill!) on Veteran's Day 2003, and was put on active duty December 7. Trained for 2 months at Fort Bliss, TX. Moved out to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, where I've been for the last 13 months. Just recently extended my tour of duty for 6 more months. Don't even know if I'm ever goin' home!
