Chris's Story
Life
I started High School at Canton High in Plymouth Michigan. I moved to Texas my Junior year and attended Klein High for two years. I then went to Sam Houston State University for 4 years and Graduated with a BBA in Business Administration, Minor Sociology, Computer Science. I then went to work for Texas Department of Corrections (TDCJID now) at the Eastham Unit in Lovelady Texas. I was promoted to Lieutenant on the Gib Lewis Unit in Woodville Texas in 1991. I retired from TDCJID in 1995 and went to work for the US Department of Justice in Beaumont Texas. I started as a Correctional Officer at the United States Penitentary. I was promoted to a position in Employee Development and then became the Garage Foreman shortly there after. I am in this position at this time.

is is an easy bio since I have only worked at 2 companies since graduation from Sam Houston. While at sam I worked at Casa Tomas in Huntsville. I look forward to hearing from old friends from there. I then went to work at Texas Department of Corrections. I spent 7 years on the Eastham Unit where I went from Correctional Officer to Countroom Supervisor to Asst Commissary Manager to Sergeant. I was then prompted to Lieutenant at the Gib Lewis Unit where I worked for 4 years untill I retired (Yes, I really retired). I then went to work for the US Dept of Justice at the Federal Correctional Complex in Beaumont Texas. I started as a Correctional Officer at the United States Penitentary, Promptet to Employee Services (Trainer for staff) and then went to the position that I now hold Garage Foreman.
