Chris's Story
Hello,
I joined the Navy shortly after graduation. 9 years later...I'm still in the Navy. I am a Cryptologic Maintenance Technician. My current rank is E-6(First Class Petty Officer), but I recently received news that I made the Chief Petty Officer selection board(fingers crossed).
I did a 4 year tour on the USS Winston S. Churchill (DDG-81) based out of Norfolk, VA. We participated in Operatio...Expand for more
n Iraqi/Enduring freedom. Then I went to shore duty in Pensacola, Fl. Had some good times there. Now I am back to sea. I am stationed on the USS Chosin(CG-65). I recently returned from a 6 month Western pacific deployment and am looking forward to the arduous task of living in Hawaii.
