Life
I played trumpet in the band before moving away from memphis in jr year to
new orleans but never forgot the years
at humes and the friends I made. Married for 37 years with 2 children age 36, 32 with one grand child. Still living in new orleans area, travel daily thru south Louisiana. went to Foriter High School in 66 and 67. Had a great time reunited with friends I had not seen since 6th grade.
The Photo was taken with someone I had not seen since basis training in the army in 1969 at Fort Polk Lousiana after 36 years. I am on the left.
Just had our 40Th class reunion at Fortier. Got to see the old school now Lusher High. The hurricane did the old ...Expand for more
school in and the school board just closed the doors for every. Thanks to Lusher and its charter school it is now a school of the future. With a new gym, new dance and performance arts classes . If you were not their you really miss it. Thanks to Mike West for getting the tour for class of 67
I share my home with wife, which I find still loving after 37 years.
Turned 59 years old this past Christmas
age is only number still thinking like I am 40, body feel like I am in late 40
after losing those 160 pounds 4 years ago.
I always wanted to be a rock star when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a dumb idea. As it turns out, they were right.
