Chris's Story

Life Married...... divorced..... no kids (never wanted them anyway. I enjoy my lifestyle way too much to ball and chain myself down with kids!!) That comment was for those of you who kept insisting I'd change my mind at some point down the road.... NOT!!! Abandoned Winnipeg for Calgary in 1986 (Winnipeg never looked better than it did in the rear view mirror while driving west) I must admit however, I still miss the nightlife and the restaurants back there. Winnipeg certainly has left Calgary in the dust in those respects. My entire family has left MB for BC and SK. My household consists of 2 cats, a puppy and my wonderful spousal unit. And what have y'all been doing with your lives?? School Huh? I went to school? I thought I was just playing cards in the smoking area and hanging out at the curling club watching the curlers and eating perogies...... College Honors graduate of the Social Work program at MRC.... ellow SW alumni, along with the rest of you other wonderful people in other programs that I hung out with on campus and have lost contact with. Miss you guys!!! Please drop me a line!!! Workplace From bean counter, to almost a social worker, to payroll troll, to entrepreneur...... life is what you make it!!! After the "near death from boredom" experience of counting beans in one form or other for too many years, I launched "To Your Health". We're a health product related enterprise (I'll bet you guessed that by the name)and things are going quite well with it so far. In my spare time (what's that?), I'm an aspiring ladies fashion hat designer and aspiring landscape photographer. I've put a couple of my landscape shots and hats to the site. I'm not intending on joining as a paying customer so if you'd like to get back in touch, I'm on facebook. Military Hee hee hee!! Not me. That drill sargent would have had me on permanent KP and the kitchen just isn't a place I like to spend my time!! ;)
