Life After a tragic accident in my senior in 75, I spent 3+ years of an original 15 year term in Prison. (The Lord was calling me, and Saving me, even before I knew HIM) Upon release in 1978 I spent the next 8 years living the life of an ex-convict, hanging with that type of crowd, becoming an IV drug addict and involved in that lifestyle. After many failed attmepts with several drug rehab centers and my habit hitting $300 per day, I found and accepted the Lord Jesus Christ into my heart in 1986. Before this, I was married in 1980, adopted my then 3mo old dauthter, we had a son in 83 and another daughter in 85. After finding Jesus, my first wife left me and our three children and divorced me (us) and I became a single parent father raising my three children alone. Remarried to the woman of my dreams and the Love of My Life in 1994. In 1999 I was diagnosed with an incurable advanced Liver disease that I may have had undetected for as long as 20 years. The Liver transplant waiting list was 4 years out and I was given 12-18 months to surrive. By the grace of God, I was excepted into an experimental drug treatment program that after one year of daily injections and multiple other medications, I was pronounced completely and totally HEALED! Praise Lord! Still alive and well. Our 6 children, her 3 boys (from her first - interracial marriage) and my son and 2 daughters are all grown and out of the house.
