Life
The Cliff's Notes Version
After Westbury High, went to Trinity University, San Antonio. Degree in Geology. Played football (non-scholarship, Division 3).
Lived in San Antonio for 3 years after Graduation (1985-1988) and worked in sales.
1988 - Returned to Houston to attend U of H Law School
1989 - Married (for the first time) in 1989
1991 - Graduated/passed Texas bar in 1991
1992-1993 - Worked as environment enforcement attorney for the State
1993 - Moved to Orange County, California with then wife. Passed California Bar Exam and practiced environmental law. Hated working for a firm.
1994 - Stopped practicing environmental law and started working in capital equipment financing (been doing that in one way or ...Expand for more
another, in a variety of capacities, ever since).
1998 - Daughter (Rachel) is born
1999 - Son (Erik) is born
2000 - Move to Silicon Valley to be part of starting a Dot-Com to become a millionaire and retire on my stock options.
Later in 2000 - Dot-com bubble bursts and my options can't buy a pizza.
2001 - Move back to Southern California
2001 - Son (Jason) is born
2003 - Divorced become single dad with the kids living primarily with me.
2004 - Marry April Cyr and together we are raising the kids.
2008 - Currently work as General Counsel and Director of Operations for Capital Advance Leasing in Costa Mesa, CA (will pull up in a Google search) and living in the "OC" in Laguna Niguel.
Whew...27 years in 27 seconds.
