ed athletic, I am not into professional sports. I enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, scuba diving and climbing the occaisonal mountain. I have done some travelling and naturally would like to do some more, with my preferance being tropical vacation spots. I have a fondness for European history and art and intend to return to Europe in the not too distant future in order to visit some relatives and take in some historic sights, museums and galleries. I haven't been to as many concerts as I would prefer, although given a choice between a rock concert and a comedy show I would almost always choose the comedy show. My charities of choice are the Red Cross and the SPCA. I am also a committed donor with Canadian Blood Services, who are about to bestow another award on me. I am single and unattached but not actively looking for companionship. I've found fate to be kind enough in allowing me the occaisonal opportunity to meet people. Although sometimes that can be somewhat overwhelming. I still hope to find a compatible woman of similar interests to share my life with. Part of the reason for trying out Facebook I suppose. We shall see.".

Guess this means I can lay claim to the Austrian, French AND British throne. Okay, as soon as we get the Papal blessing to raise the Vatican standard next to my own (see William the Conqueror) we'll be assembling an army t
New member of the family. Wanted to call him either "Tigger" or "Hobbes". My mother had me name him "Opie" instead, you know, because of the red hair.
Good news for chocoholics! Science is awesome!
And that's when I made the U turn officer!
Yep
Told Polar Bear populations are in decline. Now it's starting to make sense!
We were told Cougars are training vehicles and never expected to see combat. By the way, how did they perform in the Balkans? I understand the Serbs captured one, stripped it of everything useful and dumped it on the side
Ex Rapier Thrust. A surprisingly warm day during an otherwise miserably cold time in Wainwright.
First time back for the holidays after a busy year. Dad, who took the picture, advised me to join the Armoured Corps. Witnessing the harsh life of the grunts I have to say I'm greatful for that bit of advice.
Being presented my wings after finishing my jump course. Dad took the picture. The school RSM happened to be Dad`s old section commander. I once asked the former RSM of the Airborne Regiment if he ever knew anyone to ma
Just starting out as a member of 15 SVC Bn.
Thought I'd post a quick picture of my new wheels. Otherwise one might assume its a figment of my imagination.
If you're going to revisit the past, borrowing Doc Browns time machine can come in handy. At Calgary Expo.
The Keep, within Cardiff Castle. Only in the 19th Century did they discover Roman ruins here. Some of their roads are still being used today. Ours are celebrated if they survive a year without needing repair.
A Cyberman at Albert Hall considering to kill me and adding my brain to his army of Cyborgs. I got rejected. The BBC will broadcast the show as part of their 50th anniversary celebration of Doctor Who. Just a coincidence I
Munich city hall. Not as chaotic as London. Here the trains rely on the honour system. There are no electronic gates along the lines of my experience in England. Haven't decided if I'll take the city tour tomorrow or climb
