Christina's Story
Life
After high school, I went on to college and ended up with a degree from IU with a BA in Liberal Arts with majors in Religious Studies and English. My career has taken quite a different turn from that. I am a Medical Claims Auditor at a small TPA here in Indianapolis where I am primarily responsible for the auditing of Medicaid risk claims.
I have had three children, but now I have two (I missed our ten year class reunion because I had lost a child the day before the reunion.) My oldest, Bethany, is 24. My youngest, Jared, is 19. Bethany is a graduate of the Warren Central and works for Lilly as a Medical Library Assistant. Jared has also graduated from Warren and is now attending the University of Indianapolis on a Dean’s Scholarship & Music Scholarship. He is now a NCAA Division II Diver after graduating as a HS All-American Athlete & Scholar Athlete. He still plays his tuba and is involved in their Wind Ensemble (top band on campus) and a Tuba Qu...Expand for more
artet. He made the Dean’s list for the fall semester & has sophomore standing thanks to all his AP credits earned while at Warren. He currently works as a student intern at the IU School of Medicine Biorepository for Medical & Molecular Genetics. He also likes mountain biking and playing on the computer, just like his dad.
I am married to Jason Hilt (Lutheran High School class of 1990). He also grew up in Warren Township. He currently works for MSD Franklin Township in their IT and Networking Departments as a Network Engineer. But he is looking to improve his pay, so if you know of any good IT jobs, let us know! He likes to mountain bike and play on the computer. Often you'll find him in the summer riding the 96th St trail (Town Run) or at Ft.Ben.
I still write when I find time and the creative juices flow. I enjoy attending Jared’s diving competitions and band concerts. I’m still trying to find myself now that the kids are grown. I'd love to hear from you!
