Christina's Story
Life
A lot about me has changed since high school, except for my hair color (It's still that somewhat unforgettable shade of red). After dropping out of Redlands High School in 1995, I finished my diploma requirements at Redlands Adult School through their PRIDE program and graduated with honors in June, 1997. I've since gone onto Crafton Hills College, where I received my Associate of Arts degree in Psychology in 2000. I'm presently finishing up my transfer requirements for UCR at Crafton and plan to transfer in Fall 2003. I'll be pursuing a Bachelor of Science degre...Expand for more
e in neuroscience. I eventually want to obtain my Ph.D. in psychology and work as a part-time psychotherapist and researcher out at Patton State Hospital. Don't be surprised if someday in the near future you open up the newpaper and see the headline "Local Psychologist Wins Nobel Prize." It will be me!
In Spring 2000, I began taking a painting class over at San Bernardino Valley College. I've been featured in the last four Student Art Shows with five of my paintings making it into the last one. I've sold one painting and am currently working on a commissioned piece.
