Tina's Story
Life
Wow, let's see.. Went to SFSU and got my BA in Psych, mostly spent the 4 years having a good time with friends, staying actively involved in the underground music scene for a long time. Almost went to law school took the LSATs and everything, and decided the week applications needed to be mailed that I wasn't ready to commit to working 70 hour weeks and spending the next 10 years paying off student loans... I was volunteering for the box office at Burningman when I met Rachel, who lives in Bristol, England, and she told me about RTW airfares.. So unhappy with my current living situation, and working at a boring job, I booked my ticket. I spent 5.5 months traveling in 2004, hit 17...Expand for more
countries on 3 continents, including most of western europe, some of eastern europe, thailand, indonesia, australia, and new zealand.. Other travels include Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and must of the US as well. I guess you can say traveling is a huge passion. I also love snowboarding, scuba diving, photography, and adventure.. Got back and kinda fell into working for an electrical contractor in Livermore. I love the work environment and the company, not so excited about what I and actually doing.. But I guess that's part of life right? Just bought a condo in May of '06. I have a 6 month old miniature pinscher puppy who takes a lot of my time, but he is totally worth all the effort :)
