Christine's Story
Hey everybody, Wow many things have happened in my life that 26 years ago I would have never thought. Got married right away, had three great kids(Anthony 21, Christopher 17, Casey 16) got divorced after 18 years of marriage, lost both my parents in my mid twenties, took over the bar business and ran it successfully for years with my sister Lisa. Sold the business this past Nov. after 32 years and now am exploring what next. I am enjoying being free to be there whenever the kids need me, but also, what a drastic change from work 24/7 to ...Expand for more
part-time. Now...I am bored and ready to find the next step for me. That's my life in a nut shell for the past 26. Well, after writing all that life has changed again. Was out of the bar business for exactly 1 year and 3 days and now we have been back at it for the last year. Better fit for us, lesson learned and time to move on from that experience. Anthony is married now, Christopher is a freshman at St. Scholastica and Casey will graduate in May then off to Lake Superior College for her next fall. Then....whatever will be will be.
