Christine's Story
Life
I have been married for 15 years on Aug. 14,2008. We have 3 children; Brandon-15, Jacob-12, and Sara Grace-6. I adore them. We have a little white fluffy dog (a Bichon Frise) named Sparky, he really thinks he's a cat. We, also, have three cats, Musashi, Rascal and Skittles. We didn't need three cats, but we rescued them and they're part of the family. I've recently started bike riding every other day. I really am out of shape and I think I need a gel seat. Ouch! We are back in Michigan now. We had moved to Florida for three years. We lived in Navarre beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The ocean was beautiful and it was amazing to watch the dolphins play on an overcast day. However, 5ft snakes in my back yard, alligators in the bay, sharks in knee high water, and being stung by jelly fish made hard snowy winters look like heaven to me. Ask me sometime and I'll tell you the jelly fish story.
School
If I was asked to repeat high school, I'd have to pass. I see teenagers now squealing and arguing now and I just have to laugh and praise God I'm no...Expand for more
t like that anymore. It does, however, make me dread my daughters teenage years. I was a cheerleading coach for two years and that just brought back all of the drama. What posessed me to agree to be a cheerleading coach...I don't know. I was only a cheerleader for one year (and not a good one), and at the time I was seven months pregant. I think I may have been insane. But it was a lot of fun and I liked being part of those girls lives for a small period of time. The only things I miss about high school are english class, spending time with people and the lack of gravity. Because, since then gravity has taken over.
Workplace
I have had my share of success and stress in business. I had a sabbatical this summer. I was able to spend the entire summer with my children, re-focus on my photography and start putting to paper the novel that's been in my head for ten years. Early next year I'll be starting my own photography business and this fall/winter my husband and I will be starting a computer networking business.
