Christine's Story
Since departing the Coventry school system this is my story:
I returned back to school for computer education back in 1986 after having traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean, visiting several islands to include Barbados as my favorite.
After graduating school I worked for Aetna for a few years as a programmer / operator. I moved on to the Data Operation Center for General Dynamics, where I met my Husband to be. We where married in May of 1988.
My husband started his business while still employed with General Dynamic's, our business has flourished over the past 25+ years, becoming very successful and working with several major restaurants and retail firms, not to exclude the McDonalds Corporation for whom we has done business with since 1993.
Then came my two sons, Nicholas & Christopher consecutively in 1991 & 1993, I then left employment to be a SATM ( Stay at home mom). I returned back to school in briefly 1996 to study early childhood development .

rking for our business doing the books and everything else that is related to owning and operating a small business, and now that my children are grown and off to college, etc. and I have gone through a midlife crisis, I have chosen to start a small business of my own, which entails breeding and raising Miniature Hereford Cattle, as you should know this is not my first experience with cattle.
My husband and I have a small hobby farm and have raised Classic Herefords for years. We started downsizing our herd back in 2000 with the final ones departing 2011, a year went by and I acquired some crossbred cattle and to my knowledge never again!! In the spring I purchased 2 bred cows and a heifer out of NY, in May they calved with ease two more heifers and so the adventure begins.
In the summer we enjoy boating on our yacht, traveling to several Island destinations including Block Island which is my favorite. In the winters we travel to Florida several times to get away from it all.
