Life
Married in 2001 - to Petchalot Angelo. She's been a great partner. Inherited two fabulous kids. We had a child on 7/1/2002 - Arianna - she's wired for sound. Would love to have more wild ones like her. Added one more on 7/20/05 Aric - was informed immediately thereafter to get fixed or keep away. I complied.

ived masters degree, CPA, CFE during the first few years of employement. Branched out into real estate in '93 as a sales person. Purchased a Century 21 Franchise in '96
Investments:
Acquired a commercial building to house franchise. Acquired first apartment complex 16 units in 1998, Acquired 11,000 sf retail strip 1999, Acquired another 10,800 retail strip in 2000, Acquired a 32 unit apartment complex in 2002. Real estate prices have gotten a little whacky in Tampa so have stayed on the side line the last couple of years.
