My mother and father wanted me to be priest and when that didn't seem to work, a doctor would be okay. So to get there I studied hard to be a pharmacist. However, I decided that put me on the wrong side of the hold up man's gun. Instead I ran away and join the circus. Oh, not the Ringling brothers circus, I joined Frank Rizzo's team as a Philadelphia Police Officer. Spent the next 24 four years with a front row seat to the greatest show on earth, going through over a dozen assignments and six ranks. When I retired from there, I spent a couple of years as a consultant helping the NYPD, NY State Dept.of Criminal Justice Services, Albany, and the Broom County sheriff. For the last 20 years, I have worked in Harrisburg PA for the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association as their techndology coordinator. I help the 1200 police departments in PA with technology and training. I run an online training network for over 17,000 police officer.
