When starting something like a house renovation, I always ask myself “Can I do this myself”? Usually the answer is yes, much to the chagrin and frustration of my family! I’m interested in the leadership aspects of management and how effective managers can lead up, down and sideways to succeed in their careers. Rapid change in my industry over the past seven years has caused me to develop and change the way I mange and lead my group. As managers, leaders, parents and individuals we must understand that change is the only true constant.
