Christopher's Story
I grew up on Joseph Campau Street (near present day Chene Park) in Detroit near east side. That neighborhood was my playground when I was a kid. uated in 1967. My mother Theresa Veronica Kempinski was the art teacher. I enjoyed some courses more than others, having favorite classes and teachers. The teacher I enjoyed learning from the most was Sister Williams. I found ways to enjoy what I did for a living. I worked hard and did my best to succeed every day. My primary occupation was a machinist. I was employed for 30 years at General Motors.
