It's been a little over 3 years since my family and I moved to Brussels; and we wish we could live here forever....seriously. I knew that I would love my job... but never this much. I get to travel all over Europe and Africa, stay in really great hotels, and I actually get paid to do it. I guess you can say I've found my dream job. I'm hoping I can stay until at least 2017, but only the future will tell.

Even at 49 life brings new and exciting challenges. I was offered a new job with the Department of Defense. Accepting the job meant that my family and I would have to relocate to Brussels Belgium. We are celebrating our first Christmas in Belgium with lots of snow...it looks like my family and I will be very happy here.

After serving 22 years in the Air Force I retired in 2001 and moved from Germany to Springfield MA to take a job...Expand for more
as the Base Fuels Manager at Westover Air Reserve Base. While stationed in Germany, I did a short tour of duty in Budapest Hungary where I met my wife Andrea. We have two children Aletta and Brandon.
New England is very different from the south. Being able to experience the joy of having all four seasons is what I like the most. I've grown to love the cold snowny Winter days spent inside and outside with my family. We love going up to the Berkshires to veiw the many splendid Fall colors worn by the trees of autumn. Not to mention witnessing the rebirth of everything new come Spring. That being said...I guess I kinda like it here.
For those of you who know me and for those of you who don't; best regards to you and yours. May life bring you much happiness and never ending joy.
Remember this one thing. To get something you've never had...you must do something you've never done.
