School I loved going to school in Carpentersville, it was one of the best times of my life. I think about people from high school often and with fond memories. I lived only 2 blocks from Kings Road, Perry Middle and Crown, walked to school every day for over 10 years. College Three stints at college, paying my own way each time, with a little help from my military benefits. Mostly worked as a bartender, cook or disc jockey. It is a good thing I didn't become a professional student, would not have survived the parties. Broadcasting school was by far the best time, and I was living my dream job. Actually got a job writing commercials and being a disc jockey for a couple of years. It was great fun and I loved every minute but the pay sucks.
