Chuck Fox:  

Life Born and raiseed in Texas, my Texas/Southern roots and family genealogy mean more to my as I age. With Ancestors on both sides of the War of Northern Agression, I am an avid Civil War student . It is an obsessive passtime I was called "Chuck" until college. As a candidate for Statewide political party office in 1969, my team changed my nickname to "Charlie" and so has it been ever since. Invloved in politics since 1964, I began managing campaigns in 1968. Have managed campaigns at State and Federal level, and served on staff of presidential campaigns. That was one career. I have maintained a parallel career as a Health Care and Development Consultant since 1973. I "officially" began the CEFox Company in 1976. Clients have included a battered women's center,American Cancer Society, the Great Lakes Hemophilia Fdn. and since 1982, Long Term Care Organizations in 25 states. Educational clients included The Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, Marion College of Fond du Lac and numerous public and private schools from Child Care through High School.
