Chuck's Story
Life
Married with 2 children; a college junior and a high school freshmsn. I like to sail & camp at Fort Gibson Lake (a Hobie Cat 16' & a Hunter 23.5') I ride an '87 Yamaha Venture (wrecked my '84 Yamaha & someone stole my '77 Suzuki.) Rode to Sturgis last year, then on to Montana, and back home through Colorado.
School
Crushes? None that are worth talking about. Teachers? I remember Eddie, Dreas, Spears, Harris, Lloyd, Nesbitt, Babbitt, and a few others. I don't know if they inspired me, but they managed to teach me a lot. I wasn't very active in other stuff but would probably change that if I did it over. I played football, wrestled & ran track. By the time I was a senior, I was ready to move on.
College

idge and working on a concrete canoe. Lived in Walker Tower for 3 semesters; any 7 West or 11 East residents out there? Roomed with Greg Baker, Julio Ruiz, Bob Duncan. Spent most of my free time at Thunderbird Lake or visiting family & friends. Watched a few football games. Bought a pickup, a van and a Suzuki.
Workplace
Sam's Grocery bagging groceries, Handy Dan's selling lumber, bussing tables & washing dishes, apartment construction, Allen's TV delivering appliances, Cities Service Oil Company in accounting & the oil patch, UPS loading trucks, furniture delivery. Worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District forever.
Military
No service for me. Work for the Army as a civilian and spent 4 months in Iraq, restoring the oil fields and gas production. Then another 4 months in Iraq, building detention facilities.
