Life gives you lemons, make lemonade. I've made a lot of lemonade in the past year since the industrial machine shop base of this country has disappeared. skating on the two mile trail. I'm back to speedskating again since I found out USAC reinstituted competiton using my old quad skates. I do 1/4 mile windsprints every 1/2 mile on the 2 mile paved trail, and it feels good to be losing weight, not that I was heavy, but you know that 50 year old body we develop.
