Hello everyone!
Living in Frisco,Texas since Aug 06' I divorced in July 04', after 23 years of marriage. I left the Palm Desert area after 30 years. I have 2 young adults, Aaron, 25, went to Berkeley. He is living in Austin, Tx working and planning for Law School, he loves to travel. He lives with his girlfriend, Lily, 26 she is in her 2nd year at UT Austin. Melissa, 23,is currently in Costa Rica maybe teaching English...ESL. She went to ASU and graduated last year. I'm home alone! Looking for some old friends, you can get me at newheart11 at sbclobal.net. Doing well in any case. I am on permanent disability, I've had 2 kidney transplants and an aortic valve replacement! Well, after I changed schools in my Senior year (BIG mistake!), I went to work in the grocery business, Thriftymart, in Hawthorne. I was a waitress for Bob's Big Boy in Hermosa Beach. Boy, do I wish now my parents even knew what college was! I met a guy and almost married...he cheated! Went back to work for Bob's Big Boy on La Cienega as a manager. Moved to Palm Springs, CA and went to work for Elmer's Pancake House...loved it, but I had too much time on my hands so I also worked for Alpha Beta on Sunrise Way. Met and married for 23 yrs, had health issues, went on permanent disability and became a full time mother, and volunteer in the kids schools. Now they are grown and I am alone finding my way again!
