Cindy's Story
After High School, I traveled afar, studied intensively and ended up here, in a small northern California town, Mt.Shasta - where I hike, bike, swim and ski to my heart's content. The pristine beauty here is breathtaking.
I am a Triathlete and have the great good fortune of participating in annual Triathlons in gorgeous settings in both California and Oregon.

to the larger world and culture.
One of my favorite ways to be of service in my community to make outrageous and interesting soups for the infirm, elderly and neighbors/friends in crisis. I dance and sing while cooking/creating and infuse the soups with joy.
Being a Mom is my most important and fufilling job and I am blessed with a heartful, deep-river, fun loving, 13 year old son.
Life is good. Very good. It's great to be alive.
