Sometimes I wake up and am just amazed. I am amazed that it has been nearly 20 years since I graduated high-school. I'm amazed that I have lived in a town 250 people, and have lived in a city with ten million. I love living and living in Brooklyn, I think NYC is one of the most amazing places on the planet. so fortunate in life to work at doing things I love, including writing, teaching, and being a disc-jockey. This year I moved from teaching middle school in Brooklyn to a high-school in Queens. Growing up, I never figured I'd end up here. As far as family goes: huge update -- I got married about two months ago. It's wonderful.
