Clair's Story

Life During the time that I worked in Bangor ME as a social worker, I met my best friend, Jesus Christ. He has sustained me through a bad divorce and many years of living a lone. So, as He has been so good to me, I have given back to Him all of my life. I have been involved Baptist Missions service for the past 20 years. I live in Perry, Florida; my birth home; in the winter and travel all over the USA to assist churches during the other 3 seasons. I named my 1 pet after the cat that was Ann Frank's from her famous Diary. His name is Moegy. Now that it is getting near the time of the return of Jesus to rapture His Bride home, I have been more dedcated to serving Him. My goal in life is to be ready when He calls us with the trumpet of Gabrial, and to live my life, in the mean time, as if He is here already. I pray, that everything that I say...Expand for more
, and everything that I do, and everything that I think totally honors Him. He is my Bright and Morning Star. Yet, being a lone is not an easy task. Yes, being a lone has it's rewards, like no one to be responsible to or for, but sometimes the loneliness encrouches in upon me and leaves me sleepless for days on end. Those are the days are hard on me. It happens most when I am idle from doing a service for God. Loneliness creeps in like the shadows of the night, leaving me seeking solace upon my knees, beseeching my Savior's guidance. Then, as a feather that is plucked from a mocking bird floats from the sky after a breese, my loneliness slips out of range back into the joy of Heaven. Peace, fragrant peace, then fills my soul, and I am again thanking and praising God for all of that Grace and Mercy that he gives me, and of which I do not deserve.
