Claire's Story
Life
Check my site rebeccaclaire.com. Ok, quick summary of my life: I left Cville, lived in NC for a bit and worked for an ad agency, moved to St. Louis to go to school at Wash U, earned a BFA in photography, almost moved to NYC, but didn't, moved to Atlanta instead, started my own studio, and now I take pictures for a living, live in a house w/ Nathan Presnall and our 2 cats, and general enjoy life.
School
High school was too much of a soap opera. I like the way life is turning out, so I wouldn't do things differently. I have good memories of some great people, some of whom I still keep up with, but I would never do it again. I'd consider it if a couple million dollars were offered, but ...Expand for more
I'd probably still turn it down. A few things I do miss are road trips in Wednesday, WoHo at ridiculous hours of the morning (or so we thought before we went to college), writing dirty limericks at lunch, and singing musical numbers in Wally World.
College
Ah, WU, how I miss you! College is something I would do again. I wish I'd taken more classes, spent more time with friends, and taken French pass/fail. There was so much to do. I did eat at the Parkmore, once. I miss Ted Drewes, the zoo, the botanical gardens, Forest Park, and rural Illinois in Chilly Willy among other things. I did so much and missed so much. And I have been spoiled forever about the cost/size ratio of an apartment.
