Clare's Story
I had great fun at Canton High School and graduated from Bridgewater State in 1966. By then, I had married Phil Lund and had a daughter, my best friend, Audrey. I continued at Bridgwater for a masters in history and a minor in English. I substituted for nearly everything at Canton and Foxboro High schools,had a son, Eric, and was offered a job in the English dept at Foxboro where I stayed for thirty-two years, taking advanced courses at Brown and B.C. lp with the grandchildren, my son Eric's son, and my mother who had had a heartattack.Last year I returned to Foxboro High an MCAS tutor and am still there. We have three grandchildren and spend time between our Foxboro and Falmouth homes. We have travelled extensivelly through Europe and this year visited Russia and Hawaii. We remain active and have run 4 marathons, 18 Falmouth Road Races, and I was the swimmer on a "geriatric" triathlon team for three years. I would love to connect with friends from St. Johns.
