All is good.
Life
I live next door from where I grew up. I work at the library, currently at the Downtown Main library. I didn't venture far from my neighborhood. But life is good. I've been married 24 years (so far, so good) and we have 3 boys, not so little anymore. The oldest is 22, and the younger ones keep me on my toes.
Once a Blue Devil, forever a Blue Devil.
6/07- Things have changed a little. After 24+ years at the library, I quit. I'm working for the City of Tucson, Transportation Dept. So far it...Expand for more
has been a good change. One more kid has made it out of high school, the last one will be a freshman this fall. Sadly they aren't Blue Devils.
School
It's hard for a lot of people to understand what high school was like for us. Not many people had year round school. Names and faces are familiar, but not always together. The summers were the best, so much going on to keep us in the zone. Dance contests, shorts day, movie night. Just good memories. Teachers like Mr Shaw, Mr Narum, Atwood Hall, Mr Taft, Ms Gloria and Senorita Garcia. They will always be fondly remembered.
