Clarisse Andrus:  

Life After high school I attended Wayne State and received my BA and MA. I worked for a while as a newspaper reporter and then got into technical writing and finally into employee benefits consulting. A few years ago I was promoted to a full Vice President at the company I worked for and handled client accounts, consulting, marketing and new business sales. A couple of years ago I was one of the top sales people. This year I changed jobs and I currently am an account manager and senior consultant for a firm headquartered in New York. I am their client account manager for the midwest. I also teach employee benefit classes at EMU. I have been married for 39 years to my wonderful husband Bob (we met at WSU) and we have two great daughters ages 35 and 30. My older daughter graduated with a BA from EMU where she majored in art, swam on the varsity swim team, worked at the college newspaper and won several state art competitions. She currently lives in Las Vegas and owns her own graphic design company. She is a world traveler and has been to Cairo, Budapest, Vienna, Munich, Hamburg, London, Paris, Moscow, Shenghai, and Hawaii. She also models professionally in her spare time.
