Connie's Story
Dear Friends from School, I'm still with Tom Wilson ,. My school sweetheart. We have Two sons 25 and 18 years old. I was hurt pretty bad in 2006 and almost died from taking a walk and being hit by a van. I was in a coma for about almost a month. Tom said when the Dr. started talking about pulling the plug on me if I didn't start coming out of the coma they were going to have to have that talk in 3 days. Tom told me I must of heard them and the next day or two I started coming around. Thank God. I had brain injury and my leg had to be all put to gether . My hip was replaced, so I had to go to mary free bed...Expand for more
to learn to walk and talk and sit up all over again but I did. But I am still going though surgery on my head. I go to the U of M hospital now to see if they can fix me. I have had 11 surgeries done so far, I go back on Jan, 25 of this new year to start a new kind of surgery..I don't have any skull on my right side of my head.. I have this one and 2 others two go. Lets just hope it works. So I can grow my hair out once and for all. If you want me to keep you up to date. just email me back and I will do so.
