Connie's Story
Life
I married Derrek Van Every (who I met at Hale in my Junior year). I was married previously and divorced in 2002. I ran into Derrek 6 months later and the following July we were married. He is a wonderful stepfather to my 4 children and a wonderful husband! I owned and operated my own child care center for 12 years and recently sold it. I now stay home and help Derrek run his business which is siding and home repairs.

mine and Derrek's first child (my fifth) on December 21, 2006. I now live in Brookfield with my children Allison(17), Christina(14), Philip(12), Nathaniel(10) and Alexandra(1).
Update: My kids are all grown except for Alexandra who is 17! I have 4 grandchildren from my first daughter Allison. I run an online English learning platform for kids in South Korea and I'm engaged to a Korean man named Jay. I live in Brookfield for about 8 months a year and South Korea for the other 4.
