I have three kids of whom I am really proud. 16 year old Ashli, who turns 17 this year and is probably going to turn out to be a college grad with a hell of a lucrative job. John, 14, who will probably be the designer of the next big operating system to knock Windows off its perch. And Ember, who turns 12 and will probably grow up to be a schoolteacher. Of course they're smart, they're MY KIDS!!! :) I also have three stepkids of whom I am really proud and I love them just as much as if they were my own. Paige, 15, who loves animals, Brandi, 10, who loves to draw, and Jakob, 8, who has done nothing except sprout like a weed. And continually shock his dad and I every time he brings home a report card, each one better than the last. I am in the United States Navy as a Second Class Construction Mechanic. Hoorah Seabees. Been in three years already. Hope to do my 20 and get out. Supposed to deploy to Afghanistan in a few months here. That will be my first time in another country too. I plan on bringing back souvenirs, all of them legally bought ;) It has been a long, hard, sorrowful road to get to where I am today... that said, NO ONE achieves anything by sittin on their behind.
