I must be getting senile because I am sharing more than I ever did. Or maybe it's just the real me coming out?!!! Anyway, the q&a are not that easy for me to answer. You see, I am a Gemini. Geminis, I think, have split pesonalities, not like a multi, but we can be more agreeable because of the ability to see both sides and like two things equally. As for the music question, I have no idea what a few of the music catagories mean. R&B. Is that still considered rythem and blues? Rock & Roll, yes. The classic 50's and 60's. Yes. I just know what tunes I like and do not qualify them. Oh yes, rap? Hate it. Both of us (Gemini) do. I love to laugh. Anyone with a sense of humor is a potential friend. At times I have been accused of having a dark side to my humor, but I see it as being able to see the positive side of a negative situation and a way of coping. I always wanted to be a model when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were dissapointed, and so am I. My favorite way to relax and kick back is sharing dinner and good wine and listening to music with family and friends. If I won $100 million, I'd give some of it to the ASPCA, then spend the rest on my children, my family and enjoy traveling around the world. There are so many other things there is not enough room here to list. My current age is 72. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be dead. I was so completely wrong. My best friend would tell you I'm easy to be with, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as aloof. After being gone from Portland for for 32 years I have now come full circle and moved back here in April 2010. I am rekindling old friendships and have so much fun. I have my own appartment with my dog and am loving it. I am back with my family and close friends. In 10 years, I hope to be alive. I'm going to get there by staying healthy. My oldest and best friend and I met when we were juniors at Deering High School. We immediately hit it off because we seemed to be on the same wave length. What I really think is we are soul sisters and kindred spirits. Fifty-six years later and still best friends actually speaks for itself. Even though we seen each other infrequently time means nothing. My first job was at a diner-drugstore, where I got paid $.25 hourly to wait on people and cook. What I remember most about it is spilling a carafe of hot coffee on my self. A lady customer came to my rescue. Never a blister.
