Cookie's Story
growing up in Laval West was something I wanted to leave as fast as I could. Now that I'm in my sixties I find I wander back in time and realize just how blessed we were. Winters skating at Labelles, summers at the beach. The smell of fries at the Roxy. Sat. taking in a movie, oops make that two movies at the Garden for the price of 50 cents. I have lived in Que. still think of Laval as home. It would be wonderful to go back in time for a week and correct some of the wrongs but that can not be so I would love to be in contact with some of the people from way back when and to find out how their life has progressed. I would especially like to know about a teacher that touched my life in a wonderful way. Her name was Ruth ann Arthor and she married Gordon Brown.
