Cortney's Story
My lover and i and getting ready to go on the road to promote ' safe sex ' and empowerment to those who are HIV positive..We have been together for 2 and 1/2 years now. He and i are very happy.
I am the current Executive Director/ Founder for PositiveBrothers and Sisters United Support Network, A organization catered to the social, health and networking needs for GLBT men and women who are HIV positive. Ask me for my website.

Moving from Hazen, Ark to Texas was like a" major ' move for me, and i never thought that i would get into Health Services. I became one of the first openly gay men in Hazen history, and my life took many directions before discovering...Expand for more
my own status in 2002.
It was a devastating and unrealistic reality that plagued me, but fortunately i was able to turn it into positive experiences. I begin volunteering and advocating for GLBT rights and funding for HIV/AIDS programs, until in 2004, god blessed me to found PositiveBrothersUnited. The organization took off very slow in the beginning; but after i began to seek gods guidance, he lead me to "greater"
PBSSN is now one of Houston`s leading and most trusted intermidiate gay mens health programs, and a very trusted and reliable resource for many of our youth. Thanks to Hazen, thank you for " being there "
I hope that my story will impact and touch many lives and raise the awareness of HIV/AIDS , and that it is needs to be taught in our local schools systems.
