Life I was excited when I received a recent e-mail informing me that our class was organizing a ten year reunion. However, after realizing I wasn’t going to be able to make it home in October I decided to submit my bio to this site. So…after graduating I spent a year at home attending Shasta College. I then moved to Argentina and spent two amazing years working as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. When I returned home I transferred to a school in eastern Idaho where I finished up my a.s. degree and learned the joys of having an electric blanket. At that point, I transferred to Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where I ended up turning my lifelong hobby (i.e. my love of food) into my area of study; I double majored in dietetics and nutritional science.
