Courtney's Story
I attended and graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors in Merchandising Management. (That is a more current name for College of Home Economics) I worked for Macy*s in the Buying Office for a year and moved to the Management side in Walnut Creek where I worked for 3 years in the Juniors Dept. While living there I met my husband. Before we got married I left retail and moved back to Sac to get my teaching credential. I worked at All Hallows and Holy Spirit as a Math teacher. . A year later I was offered a brand new job as an Assistant in the Office of Admission. And that is where I am currently. As with my track record, I have decided to try something new once again and have gone back to school to get my BA in Accounting. I have come full circle because that was the major I declared when I was applying to college in 1995.
