Courtney's Story
Life
After graduating from Flathead High School, I headed to Willamette University to get a bachelor's degree in art. Next I moved to Minneapolis to get a Masters of Landscape Architecture. After graduation, I headed back west, and settled in Portland, Oregon. For the last two years I have been working as a landscape designer, so I'm actually using my degree! I love my job, and really enjoy living in Portland. Last summer, my longtime boyfriend, Eric, and I finally made it official and tied the knot. We live in a great little apartment in the city with our two loveable cats and my very loud cockatiel, who has been devoted to me since I was ten years old, and is mean to everyone else. When I'm not busy designing people's gardens, I like to dig around in my own garden. I also like knitting and crocheting, cooking, reading, biking, and playing board/card games with my friends and family. I also love to travel, though I can't afford to do as much of that as I would like. I would love to hear from any of you old friends/acquaintances from school!
